The issue I was facing in the default case of `DeclContext::getPrimaryContext`
was when calling `Tag->getTypeForDecl()` (line 1491). For `ByteAdrressBuffer`
such method was returning `nullptr`.
For example, when calling `getTypeForDecl` for `StructuredBuffer` I get the
response below:
