ddcc added a comment. I could be completely mistaken here, but currently `Ctx.getRealTypeForBitwidth(llvm::APFloat::getSizeInBits(llvm::APFloat::x87DoubleExtended))` with a `ASTContext Ctx` does not round-trip correctly.
