Should be: "Improved [readability-identifier-naming](https://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/readability/identifier-naming.html) check in GetConfigPerFile mode by resolving symbolic links to header files. Fixed handling of Hungarian Prefix when configured to LowerCase.
