Note that the same probably holds true (but I didn't test) for all other classes that override `printName(raw_ostream &OS, const PrintingPolicy &Policy)`, ie `DecompositionDecl`, `MSGuidDecl`, `UnnamedGlobalConstantDecl`, and `TemplateParamObjectDecl`.
