<sysroot>/usr/local/include is added here in 
```DarwinClang::AddClangSystemIncludeArgs```:

 .. But since we want to add a new argument to the linker invocation, I feel 
```darwin::Linker::AddLinkArgs``` is the best place. But let me know if you 
think otherwise.
