mizvekov added a comment. Running `clang-pseudo-gen --grammar ..\clang-tools-extra\pseudo\lib\cxx\cxx.bnf --emit-symbol-list` does seem to generate something that would work. But even if I delete `CXXSymbols.inc`, the cmake rule seems to be regenerating a wrong CXXSymbols.inc again, so I suspect this is a build system bug and we have wrong targets or dependecies somewhere.
