ye-luo added a comment. `-fopenmp-targets=amdgcn-amd-amdhsa,amdgcn-amd-amdhsa` seems burdensome. Could you just count how many `-Xopenmp-target=amdgcn-amd-amdhsa` there are on the comand line and then count the unique ones?
