I'll go simple - just drop -fno-semantic-interposition from this patch, as I cannot figure out how to make -fno-semantic-interposition specific to llvm/ and clang/. -Bsymbolic-functions claims most of the optimizations anyway (and more so on x86-64 with GOTPCRELX).
