Here 'tis. Igloo is basically a translation layer between cvs
and the source control api within windows. The last time I used
it it worked great - exactly the same way the visual source safe
one works. I think some features are yet to be implemented but
being open source it's always undergoing work.

For the record, we use cvs at MercuryRed - some of us using
the command line (which is made easy on windows through CygWin)
and some of us use WinCVS.
