What they really really want is someone who can manage ColdFusion *and* PHP, because they are planning to migrate some of their sites to PHP. Honestly, someone who only *kinda* knows ColdFusion will be fine, as long as he/she is smart and ambitious, and willing to put in the effort to learn and to solve problems.
