The second form appears when the iso image contains inode numbers.
This happens when there is either Rock Ridge and you tell isoinfo to list RR or
when the iso image has been created by a mkisofs version from Autumn 2006 or
later.
So in this case, the listing is similar to ls -lRi
BTW: if you like a listing that is identical to the listing from ls, use
isoinfo -i file.iso -find -ls
