Thanks for taking time and replying. This won't work for me as there are thousands of records in database and they keep coming from back end. Might have to write a routine to go through this in database for each record and clean it up.

a line (sounds like a make file doesn't it???) that
was breaking it.
Trying running it through a validator and getting a
line number and simply just retype the line. I would
be interested to know if this DOESN'T fix your
problem.
