Hi!
Just mentioning this in case others are stumbling into it: it seems that
if you use capital letters in Simulink model files (.slx), Vivado fails
with an error like:

# create_ip -name KURPol -vendor User_Company -library SysGen -version
1.0 -module_name KURPol_ip
ERROR: [Coretcl 2-1134] No IP matching VLNV
'User_Company:SysGen:KURPol:1.0' was found. Please check your repository
configuration.
---
Saving the model (just copying the file does not work of course!) with
lowercase letters solves (sort of...) the problem.
