The stock QDR link training ("calibration") code is at
https://github.com/casper-astro/mlib_devel/tree/roach2/xps_sw_support/qdr/roach2
I'm not sure if that is the same or different from that which some of the
other models use: e.g.
https://github.com/sebajor/simulink_models/blob/a3928218930e9a51ccd9df6efe29d45d72836799/QDR/ROACH2/qdr_counter/bof/qdr_counter.py#L13
