Thanks, I was able to figure out the issue. I was missing the context: component-scan. Added that line and now it works.

This was a while ago for me. But if memory serves it had something to do with the incorrect path where the cookie was being set. I have seen other CAS clients just error out, dotnetcas is the only one that loops on me. I have configured a test site for SSO that directs to the cas auth site but after a successful login attempt I get the error message of too many redirects.
