Yep. There's definitely something wrong with using https://github.com/Jasig/cas/blob/v4.1.0/cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/deployerConfigContext.xml because now in target/cas/WEB-INF/spring-configuration my ticketRegistry.xml is the default registry and not the hazelcast registry. Any thoughts?
