Before I go modifying templates/fragments I want to make sure it is not a simple setting I am missing.
When a user goes to change their password I want to describe exactly what they need to have as a strong password: two number, two special characters, two uppercase characters, etc…. Not sure where to set this other than modifying the password reset template.
