Additionally, looking at the documentation, it sounds like SLO would be 
able to log out of the application session as well as its own session when 
TGT expires. This may be going in a loop, but why doesn't the service I 
posted work if SSO is configured? Is it maybe because my serviceId is wrong 
or my SLO configured wrong?
