I have a custom theme that is working on all pages other than the /error pages, where it is falling back to the default theme. This is only really an issue with error 423.html because this is the on that gets triggered when throttling occurs, in our case, after 3 failed logins within 60 seconds. Is this a known issue or is there a way around it?
