I just want to inform the public that the document entitled, "Som Niyeay Phang!" written by Mr. Anthony Ly Diep, Angkorborie News, on July 18, 2014, that I had verified with the source and it was not a Facebook account that is belonged to Ms. Rachel Sam. It is, in fact, a fake Facebook account that someone had impersonate as Ms. Rachel Sam, which had also attached with a statement in Khmer, that could cause friction and creating a misunderstanding among our Khmer patriots.
