Hello beloved KMS members:

Tim Sakhan was ambigiously arrested in Wat Phnom Den, Takeo Provice, in the
broad day light. He was a chief in that Wat Phnom Den. Many people knew
him well. People lived in fear ever after his arrest. Tim Sakhan was
publicly humiliated and rediculed from Wat Phnom Den all the way to Hanoi.
We don't know how many times he lost conscious during that orrific ordeal,
even he himself does not know either. He damaged psychologically more than
any one could imagine.

>From severe and repeated torture, Tim Sakhan may have a severe brain
atrophy( brain cells die from repeated hits in the head). If you happen
to look and observe him closely, his lips shiver; he seemed to whisper and/
or speak to himself.

It is extremely rare for any Khmer survives from Vietnamese atrocious
torture. Tim Sakhan lives to tell his horrific ordeal and he may speak on
behalf of many others who are currently in prison and they are being
covertly tortured by Vietnamese. According to him, there are amost 400
hundreds more of Khmer Buddhist monks in Hanoi's prison. Their fates are
grim. Their pains and sufferings have gone publicly unnoticed. Tim Sakhan
can speak on behalf of those who are in the hands of enemies. He can bring
these atrocious acts to light by exposing these secret tortures to the UN
and/ or the world.

You may notice as well that Vietnamese are portraying themselves as nice,
gentle, and friendly people to the world. By bringing Tim Sakhan's
atrocious torture from the hand of Vietnamese, we expose the dark side of
Vietnamese to the world. The Vietnamese are not nice, gentle, and freindly
as they appear. We keep bringing Tim Sakhan to the world to expose the dark
of Vietnamese that they commit atrocity against us Khmers.

Hoeun
