fixed. needed cw rebuild against pre8.

BTW, it looks like compatibility issues with my providers Huawei switch or
PSTN fax terminators rised to up to 50% since pre2 -> pre5,6,7 here...

Apr 25 15:55:57 VERBOSE[3052583824] logger.c:     -- Executing
[...@faxserver:5] NoOp("SIP/xxxxx-de-e6eb", "TX: PHASEESTATUS is 21")
Apr 25 15:55:57 VERBOSE[3052583824] logger.c:     -- Executing
[...@faxserver:6] NoOp("SIP/xxxxx-de-e6eb", "TX: PHASEESTRING is No response
after sending a page")
The peer mailed me the result in paper, peer machine got half a page only
instead of 4.

will debug this. CW T.38 -> Provider's Huawei SoftX3000 T.38 PSTN-gateway ->
fax machines.
which debug option to set in CLI? I fear my slow PII 266 cannot handle full
UDPTL debug flood.
