Hi, i dont know if this is the best place to ask this, but 3g is in a
big boom in my country and voip is obviously one of its advantages.
3g and wifi clients could use additional optimization on the sip
messaging.
I have found that sigcomp can help 3g phones like nokia e61/e65 etc to
save bandwith and battery time and even improve lactency and overall
communication quality. please see
(http://www.it.iitb.ac.in/~sri/students/priyesh-thesis.pdf).

So ive been searching for implementations of sipcomp that ive found and
open source site http://www.opensigcomp.org/.

It would be a great feature , and it seems to be fairly easly to
implement on the code.

So my suggestion is to include sigcomp support for callweaver.

Regards
