Right now ogg can carry various things, but I think the key issue is we 
can work with its developers to add formats for what we need. We are not 
likely to get far trying to extend wave.

I think Callweaver will shortly become dependent on libsndfile, and we 
will use that for audio file handling. It only seems to handle ogg by 
extensions right now. I will investigate why ogg support is not fully 
integrated before committing to this change.
