That tripling is the marketing department talking :-)

Most people will see some improvement, but you need many concurrent 
calls to see a big improvement in the peak bandwidth - which is the 
sizing factor for your pipe. So, it is only heavy users that see a big 
benefit. Its statistical, so you need lots of concurrent calls before 
they are statistically very unlikely to all be talking at once.
