Emacs has a feature to autocomplete parts of the filename in non-sequential 
order if they are split
with underscores. I got really accustomed to this feature. E.g. you can type 
'_setting<TAB' and it
will complete to 'kis_brush_based_paintop_settings.cpp'. As far as I know there 
is no such thing
for CamelCase way.

Anyway, I don't oppose to this particular change.
 

Actually, I'm pretty sure there is... I used to use it when I was still
an XEmacs user. I never discovered the underscore-based autocomplete
thing, though!
