Just thought i'd give a quick bump on this one :) Also an update on the current state, i've got preliminary (that is, naive) presentation functionality built for the Stage section's presenter view, so that this now, in fact, works. The video demo shows this in action, and it will need a couple of touches before it is entirely sensible, but it does work.
