The main website is located at svn+ssh://s...@svn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/www/sites/www/ In particular though, you're only interested in the applications/ folder. Within that, you will find an apps/ folder containing a series of JSON files. You'll need to rename the KOffice related files (both appname.json and appname_generated.json) as well as add any new files which are required, and edit them to contain the correct details. The screenshot for each application can be found at images/screenshots, and the application icons at images/icons.
