I think it is good time to release the final 2.7.
We still have two bugs marked as RC:
"Crash when autosaving" -> https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310310
We discussed that one before, and the conclusion was that the bug is
difficult to reproduce, does not seem to happen anymore and will only be
definitely fixed after kparts refactoring
"crashed after resizing shape" ->

Seems like this bug has been happening for a while (affecting almost all
calligra releases), so hardly a regression, and unless someone is
working on it and have a solution coming soon, we would have to ignore
that bug.
SO my suggestion would:
* tag final July 12th
* release final July 17th
