Maybe it should be disabled on windows if it does not build there. It is
surely not an issue of the video shape as it was not change for a long time.
I guess because earlier the video shape was completely disabled. I would
prefer a fix, of course, that also works on Windows, but if that isn't
possible, I'm fine with Gopal ifdeffing the videoshape for Linux-only.
