Well, that's not a bug :-). It's just that we haven't found a way to
package language packs for windows and make them available yet. If you can
figure out a good way to do that, please help us with it!
There are other small bugs that I'll report on bugzilla. For example, in
words the initial rendering is ugly
like in the old times, until you apply on the style font (without changing
anything), and then the font
rendering is OK.
