I have written an announcement for 2.6RC3. Unfortunately the airport internet won't allow me to connect to IRC.
So if somebody can look at it, fix any problem with it and publish it we will
have a release.
Otherwise I'm home again in the middle of the night today and will be online
to do it myself tomorrow morning.
