We don't have that, but it's great idea. Adding as a wish to bugs.kde.org :) FYI. Kexi's implementation would be completely separate one (maybe except completion algorithm what is a few lines of code anyway) because there are data privacy concerns in multiuser access and the storage is often client-server if not distributed.
