After looking at the doodle and talking with boemann it was clear that the
weekend of 1st - 3rd of march was the best time.
But unfortunately the Linux Hotel is booked by the FSFE that particular
weekend. So now we have a number of alternatives:
* Book another weekend. I have difficulties myself the weekend before the
1-3 March so I have added two dates to the doodle. It would be good if you
could update your participations if you can those two weeks. If this is a
problem for people I will take the weekend before 1-3 March even though I
myself have problems then.
* Share with the FSFE. If this is possible depends on how many people we will
be and how many they will be. I have sent out a question via Claudia about
this.
* Be somewhere else. Zagge, you sounded as if you had an alternative. Is that
so?
