After talking to bcooksley, I propose the http://download.kde.org/stable/calligra/2.4.2/calligra-2.4.2.tar.bz2 route, starting from the next version. I understand we cannot move 2.4.1 now. He also said: "In any case, packages which are no longer supported stable packages shouldn't be under stable/. They should in the attic. Usually we go by the rule of the last two stable release series. So 4.7 and 4.8, including all patch releases.
