Hi,
I would like to add the attached patch to the 2.4 release. It dedicates this
release of Krita to the memory of Jean Giraud, who died last Saturday.

Dedicate Krita 2.4 to the memory of Moebius
Three people on #krita had the same idea at the same time -- to dedicate
Krita to Moebius, so let's just do that. It adds one translated string
to 2.4.
