Abacus is as common term as Spreadsheet. Of course so do Windows is...

Another suggestion «Tabelkalkulilo». That’s esperanto for «spreadsheet».
Notice that esperanto, the most spread coined language was, 120 years ago, willingly not patented by its author, Dr Ludwig Zamenhof, a citizen of present day Bialystock in Poland.
