Hello Gajendra, Calligra Flow currently used stencils from Dia so their look and feel are not that perfect. It would be great if you'd like to redesign some set of stencils in Flow:) Currently we only support odg format but we also plan to support svg in near future, so feel free to use your favorite tool. I'm not a designer so I cannot give much guidance in art, but we don't have any design consistency guidance yet, so feel free to create your stuff.
