Description
-------
This patch adds support for text:continue-list property of lists. It does this
by merging the refrenced list and the referer at load time.
It also merges similar lists with continue numbering proprety to the original
list taking advantage of the fact that QTextList can have non-continuous blocks
as list items.
This addresses bug 282902.
