You know that as a KDE project, it's not just "your" brand, right?
That said, I asked about copyright, not trademark.

"Linux" is a trademarked term by Linus Torvalds, its code is GPL.
Under which license is the code (SVG-XML) of the logo? Non-free code isn't 
permitted in 
KDE's git/SVN repos.
