It was time to merge this. But I had expected to being asked to write a
commit message.
Anyway, the structural changes of the WMF library are now done, and we can
once again start adding features. In fact, I already added one yesterday:
rotated text, also known as escapement.
Cyrille: You can delete the wmf-device_context-ingwa branch now.
