Okay. The meeting will take place: Sunday 26/12, 20:00 CET. #calligra-styles-ui on Freenode I'll send out personal e-mail reminders two days before the meeting. I've also created a wiki page for the meeting [1] where, if you feel they would be helpful to have during the meeting, you can write ideas on the new design. On this page I'll also put up a summary of the conclusions of the meeting, mockups and a full IRC log.
