Presumo que estás usando MS-Windows, ya que el mayor problema se da con la dll del Xdebug y la versión del PHP que no son compatibles. Esto lo puedes ver en el Log de PHP donde señala que no pudo cargar xdebug. Lo solucione en Windows usando XAMP que viene con la dll de Xdebug.
