The new zip files for 1.8.1, cactus-1.8.1-bin.zip & cactus-1.8.1-src.zip, do not contain the /doc (or maybe it was named /documentation in 1.8.0) subdirectory. I don't see anything on the site that makes me believe this was left out on purpose. Is this an oversight?
