Hello,
I downloaded the Xerces C++ distribution and attempted to build it using Visual Studio 2010 (Windows 7). I was able to successfully build a 64-bit version, but cannot build the 32-bit version. It compiles all sources but fails with the error: 1>LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'xerces-c_3.lib' ========== Build: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 up-to-date, 0 skipped ========== The directory where it should be placing build artifacts I have write permission to (it placed all of the object files and other stuff there). If anyone knows why this failed and what could be done to resolve the issue, I'd greatly appreciate hearing from you.
