I'm not familiar with FAR as anything but a vestigial thing, but FAR DWORD
isn't a specific type macro. There is a 64-bit DWORD type, but it's DWORDLONG,
I believe, or something similar to that. It's definitely one macro, not two
combined.
LPDWORD in the API doc is a 64-bit pointer to a 32-bit value. And that's what
taking the address of an unsigned long would be. So the original code looks
correct to me, if badly-expressed.
