Description:
I had problems to compile the file src\xercesc\util\XMLDateTime.cpp with Visual
Studio 2015.
The compiler can't find config.h.
To solve the problem I removed line 34 ({color:#808080}#include{color}
{color:#a31515}<config.h>) from the file.{color}
