Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Fix Version/s: 3.2.0
Tested on Windows with VS2015 with Xerces-C++ 3.2.1rc3 and ICU 57.1. I can
round trip Chinese text from UTF-8 to BIG5 and back with SAX2Print.exe. So at
least today, it seems to work correctly without any errors.
