Description: Xerces apache web site urges me to enter bugs in Jira. It is
no problem creating a JIRA user, however at press of Create I am presented with
"Select Service Desk" - none of the links I tried made any sense for creating
Xerces related issues. I had to resort to Clone existing issues top be able to
create something Xerces related, (was: As a windows user (software developer)
I'd like to verify my Xerces download archive, this is also said on Apache
website. However, the explanation on how to do it is incomprehensible for a
normal guy like me without enough qualifications in Nerdish. I have
successfully validated downloads from other sources. )
