"all.vcxproj" in directory .\projects\Win32\VC14\xerces-all\all\ creates VC12
directories rather than VC14 in the PropertyGroup containing the "OutDir
Condition" checks.
Simple edit required to change VC12 to VC14 in the "OutDir Condition" checks
(12 occurrences on lines: 160, 162, 164, 166, 168, 170, 172, 174, 176, 178, 180
& 182).
This error has probably been here since the VC14 (Visual Studio 2015) project
files were created.
